मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-34, verse-61

भुञ्जीत पुरुषः स्नातः सायं प्रातर्यथाविधि ।
परदारा न गन्तव्याः पुरुषेण विपश्चिता ॥६१॥
61. bhuñjīta puruṣaḥ snātaḥ sāyaṃ prātaryathāvidhi .
paradārā na gantavyāḥ puruṣeṇa vipaścitā.

61. A man, after bathing, should eat in the evening and morning according to proper procedure. The wives of others should not be approached by a discerning man.
