मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-34, verse-98

पर्जन्याय धरित्रीणां दद्याच्च माणके त्रयम् ।
वायवे च प्रतिदिशं दिग्भ्यः प्राच्यादितः क्रमात् ॥९८॥
98. parjanyāya dharitrīṇāṃ dadyācca māṇake trayam .
vāyave ca pratidiśaṃ digbhyaḥ prācyāditaḥ kramāt.

98. One should offer three portions in a vessel for Parjanya, (for the benefit) of the lands. And to Vayu, and to the directions, in order, starting from the east, in every direction.
