मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-34, verse-113

ऋणप्रदाता वैद्यश्च श्रोत्रियः सजला नदी ।
जितामित्रो नृपो यत्र बलवान् धर्मतत्परः ॥११३॥
113. ṛṇapradātā vaidyaśca śrotriyaḥ sajalā nadī .
jitāmitro nṛpo yatra balavān dharmatatparaḥ.

jitāmitraḥ nṛpaḥ yatra balavān dharmatatparaḥ
113. The quartet (to be present in a good place) includes a lender of money, a physician, a Brahmin learned in the Vedas (śrotriya), and a river with water. Furthermore, (it should be a place) where there is a king who has conquered his enemies, who is powerful, and who is dedicated to righteousness (dharma).
