भूतानि भृत्याः सकलाः पशुपक्षिपिपीलिकाः ।
भिक्षवो याचमानाश्च ये चान्ये वसता गृहे ॥२॥

All beings, servants, animals, birds, and ants—as well as mendicants and any others who seek alms—should also be honored by that householder dwelling in his home.
