मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-34, verse-41

पुंश्चल्याः कृतवैरस्य बालस्य पतितस्य च ।
देवालकं चैत्यतरुं तथैव च चतुष्पथम् ॥४१॥
41. puṃścalyāḥ kṛtavairasya bālasya patitasya ca .
devālakaṃ caityataruṃ tathaiva ca catuṣpatham.

41. One should avoid an unchaste woman, an enemy, a child, and a fallen person. Likewise, one should avoid a small shrine, a sacred tree, and a crossroads.
