16.
Righteous conduct (dharma) is for the purpose of furthering righteous conduct, and righteous conduct does not obstruct one's own interest. Desire (kāma) is also of two kinds, determined by both (righteous conduct and worldly prosperity). Therefore, those two (dharma and artha) are also again of two kinds.
