मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-34, verse-29

न गच्छन्न च तिष्ठन् वै विण्मूत्रोत्सर्गमात्मवान् ।
कुर्वोत नैव चाचामन् यत् किञ्चिदपि भक्षयेत् ॥२९॥
29. na gacchanna ca tiṣṭhan vai viṇmūtrotsargamātmavān .
kurvota naiva cācāman yat kiñcidapi bhakṣayet.

29. The self-controlled (ātmavān) person should not excrete urine and feces while walking or standing. He should also not eat anything while rinsing his mouth.
