मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-34, verse-77

अव्यङ्गीं सौम्यनासाञ्च स्रवलक्षणलक्षिताम् ।
तादृशीमुद्वहेत् कन्यां श्रेयः कामो नरः सदा ॥७७॥
77. avyaṅgīṃ saumyanāsāñca sravalakṣaṇalakṣitām .
tādṛśīmudvahet kanyāṃ śreyaḥ kāmo naraḥ sadā.
77. avyaṅgīm saumyanāsām ca sravalakṣaṇalakṣitām
tādṛśīm udvahet kanyām śreyas kāmaḥ naraḥ sadā
77. A man who desires prosperity should always marry such a maiden who is faultless, has a graceful nose, and is marked by auspicious bodily signs.
