न क्षिप्तपादजङ्घश्च प्राज्ञस्तिष्ठेत् कदाचन ॥४४॥

One should completely avoid oil massage, sensual enjoyment, and (sexual contact with) women. And a wise person should never stand or sit with their legs and shins stretched out in an undignified manner.
