मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-34, verse-44

तैलाभ्यङ्गं तथा भोगं योषितश्च विवर्जयेत् ।
न क्षिप्तपादजङ्घश्च प्राज्ञस्तिष्ठेत् कदाचन ॥४४॥
44. tailābhyaṅgaṃ tathā bhogaṃ yoṣitaśca vivarjayet .
na kṣiptapādajaṅghaśca prājñastiṣṭhet kadācana.
44. tailābhyangaṃ tathā bhogaṃ yoṣitaḥ ca vivarjayet
na kṣiptapādajaṅghaḥ ca prājñaḥ tiṣṭhet kadācana
44. One should completely avoid oil massage, sensual enjoyment, and (sexual contact with) women. And a wise person should never stand or sit with their legs and shins stretched out in an undignified manner.
