मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-34, verse-69

समाहितमना भूत्वा कुर्वोत सततं नरः ।
क्षुत्त्वा निष्ठीव्य वासश्च परिधायाचमेद् बुधः ॥६९॥
69. samāhitamanā bhūtvā kurvota satataṃ naraḥ .
kṣuttvā niṣṭhīvya vāsaśca paridhāyācamed budhaḥ.
69. samāhitamanāḥ bhūtvā kurvīta satatam naraḥ kṣutvā
niṣṭhīvya vāsaḥ ca paridhāya ācāmet budhaḥ
69. A person, having become concentrated in mind, should always perform rituals. An intelligent person (budha) should perform ācamana after sneezing, spitting, or changing clothes.
