मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-23, verse-6

पिता च तं परिष्वज्य माता चान्ये च बान्धवाः ।
चिरं जीवेति कल्याणीर्ददुस्तस्मै तदाशिषः ॥६॥
6. pitā ca taṃ pariṣvajya mātā cānye ca bāndhavāḥ .
ciraṃ jīveti kalyāṇīrdadustasmai tadāśiṣaḥ.
6. pitā ca tam pariṣvajya mātā ca anye ca bāndhavāḥ
ciram jīva iti kalyāṇīḥ daduḥ tasmai tadā āśiṣaḥ
6. His father, embracing him, and his mother, along with other relatives, then gave him auspicious blessings, saying, 'May you live long!'
