मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-23, verse-29

तुष्टाव गीर्भिश्च ततस्तत्र देवीं सरस्वतीम् ।
तन्मना नियताहारो भूत्वा त्रिषवणाप्लुतः ॥२९॥
29. tuṣṭāva gīrbhiśca tatastatra devīṃ sarasvatīm .
tanmanā niyatāhāro bhūtvā triṣavaṇāplutaḥ.
29. tuṣṭāva gīrbhiḥ ca tataḥ tatra devīm sarasvatīm
tatmanā niyataāhāraḥ bhūtvā triṣavaṇāplutaḥ
29. Then, with praises and words, he worshipped the goddess Sarasvatī there. With his mind absorbed in her, disciplined in his diet, and bathed three times a day, he continued his devotion.
