मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-23, verse-19

ऋतध्वज उवाच ।
यदि सा मम तन्वङ्गी न स्याद्भार्या मदालसा ।
अस्मिन् जन्मनि नान्या मे भवित्री सहचारिणी ॥१९॥
19. ṛtadhvaja uvāca .
yadi sā mama tanvaṅgī na syādbhāryā madālasā .
asmin janmani nānyā me bhavitrī sahacāriṇī.
19. ṛtadhvajaḥ uvāca yadi sā mama tanvaṅgī na syāt bhāryā
madālasā asmin janmani na anyā me bhavitrī sahacāriṇī
19. Ṛtadhvaja said: If that slender-limbed Madālasā were not my wife, then in this life, no other woman would ever be my companion.
