सरस्वत्युवाच ।
वरं ते कम्बलभ्रातः प्रयच्छाम्युरगाधिप ।
तदुच्यतां प्रदास्यामि यत्ते मनसि वर्तते ॥४९॥

taducyatāṃ pradāsyāmi yatte manasi vartate.

sarasvatī uvāca varam te kambalabhrātaḥ prayacchāmi

Sarasvatī said: "O brother of Kambala, O lord of serpents, I grant a boon to you. Tell me what is in your mind; I will bestow it."
