अश्वतर उवाच ।
सहायं देहि देवि त्वं पूर्वं कम्बलमेव मे ।
समस्तस्वरसम्बन्धमुभयोः संप्रयच्छ च ॥५०॥

50. aśvatara uvāca .
sahāyaṃ dehi devi tvaṃ pūrvaṃ kambalameva me .
samastasvarasambandhamubhayoḥ saṃprayaccha ca.

aśvatara uvāca sahāyam dehi devi tvam pūrvam kambalam

Aśvatara said: "O Goddess, grant help first to Kambala and me. And bestow upon both of us the complete knowledge of musical notes (svara)."
