बान्धवाश्च तथेच्छन्ति जीवितं गुणिनश्चिरम् ।
परिवादनिवृत्तानां दुर्गतेषु दयावताम् ।
गुणिनां सफलं जन्म संश्रितानां विपद्गतैः ॥११०॥

110. bāndhavāśca tathecchanti jīvitaṃ guṇinaściram .

guṇināṃ saphalaṃ janma saṃśritānāṃ vipadgataiḥ.

Relatives and others desire that the virtuous live long. The existence of those virtuous individuals who refrain from criticism, are compassionate towards the distressed, and are sought for refuge by the afflicted, is truly fruitful.
