मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-23, verse-52

तालाश्चैकोनपञ्चाशत्तथा ग्रामत्रयञ्च यत् ।
एतत्सर्वं भवान् गाता कम्बलश्च तथानघ ॥५२॥
52. tālāścaikonapañcāśattathā grāmatrayañca yat .
etatsarvaṃ bhavān gātā kambalaśca tathānagha.
52. tālāḥ ca ekonapañcāśat tathā grāmatrayam ca yat
etat sarvam bhavān gātā kambalaḥ ca tathā anagha
52. O sinless one (anagha), you, along with Kambala, will sing all this: the forty-nine rhythmic cycles (tālas), and also the three melodic scales (grāmas).
