महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-50, verse-85

एवं संचोद्य सर्वाणि स्वान्यनीकानि पार्षतः ।
भीमसेनस्य जग्राह पार्ष्णिं सत्पुरुषोचिताम् ॥८५॥
85. evaṁ saṁcodya sarvāṇi svānyanīkāni pārṣataḥ ,
bhīmasenasya jagrāha pārṣṇiṁ satpuruṣocitām.

bhīmasenasya jagrāha pārṣṇim satpuruṣocitām

85. Having thus urged all his own divisions, the son of Pṛṣata (Dhṛṣṭadyumna) took up the rear (pārṣṇi) flank of Bhīmasena, a position worthy of a noble warrior.
