महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-50, verse-73

संनिवार्य स तां घोरां शरवृष्टिं समुत्थिताम् ।
गदामादाय तरसा परिप्लुत्य महाबलः ।
भीमः सप्तशतान्वीराननयद्यमसादनम् ॥७३॥
73. saṁnivārya sa tāṁ ghorāṁ śaravṛṣṭiṁ samutthitām ,
gadāmādāya tarasā pariplutya mahābalaḥ ,
bhīmaḥ saptaśatānvīrānanayadyamasādanam.

73. Having completely averted that terrible shower of arrows that had arisen, the mighty Bhima, swiftly taking his mace and leaping around, sent seven hundred warriors to the abode of Yama.
