महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-17, verse-98

तं विसृज्य रणे कर्णः पाञ्चालांस्त्वरितो ययौ ।
रथेनातिपताकेन चन्द्रवर्णहयेन च ॥९८॥
