महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-17, verse-118

तं दहन्तमनीकानि तत्र तत्र महारथम् ।
क्षत्रिया वर्जयामासुर्युगान्ताग्निमिवोल्बणम् ॥११८॥
118. taṁ dahantamanīkāni tatra tatra mahāratham ,
kṣatriyā varjayāmāsuryugāntāgnimivolbaṇam.

kṣatriyāḥ varjayāmāsuḥ yuga anta agnim iva ulbaṇam
118. kṣatriyāḥ tatra tatra anīkāni dahantam ulbaṇam

118. The Kshatriya warriors avoided that great chariot-fighter (mahāratha), who was incinerating their armies everywhere, just as one would avoid the fierce (ulbaṇa) fire (agni) at the end of a cosmic age (yugānta).
