महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-17, verse-49

नकुलश्च तदा कर्णं प्रहसन्निदमब्रवीत् ।
चिरस्य बत दृष्टोऽहं दैवतैः सौम्यचक्षुषा ॥४९॥
49. nakulaśca tadā karṇaṁ prahasannidamabravīt ,
cirasya bata dṛṣṭo'haṁ daivataiḥ saumyacakṣuṣā.
49. nakulaḥ ca tadā karṇam prahasan idam abravīt |
cirasya bata dṛṣṭaḥ aham daivataiḥ saumyacakṣuṣā
49. tadā nakulaḥ ca karṇam prahasan idam abravīt
bata cirasya aham saumyacakṣuṣā daivataiḥ dṛṣṭaḥ
49. Nakula then, laughing, said this to Karṇa: "Alas, after a long time, I am seen by the deities with a benevolent gaze."
