महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-17, verse-10

बिभिदुश्च विषाणाग्रैः समाक्षिप्य च चिक्षिपुः ।
विषाणलग्नैश्चाप्यन्ये परिपेतुर्विभीषणाः ॥१०॥
10. bibhiduśca viṣāṇāgraiḥ samākṣipya ca cikṣipuḥ ,
viṣāṇalagnaiścāpyanye paripeturvibhīṣaṇāḥ.

10. They [the elephants] pierced [the men, horses, and chariots] with the tips of their tusks, and seizing them, they threw them. And other frightful ones, caught on their tusks, fell down.
