महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-5, verse-49

कच्चिच्च बलमुख्येभ्यः परराष्ट्रे परंतप ।
उपच्छन्नानि रत्नानि प्रयच्छसि यथार्हतः ॥४९॥
