महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-5, verse-79

कच्चिच्छारीरमाबाधमौषधैर्नियमेन वा ।
मानसं वृद्धसेवाभिः सदा पार्थापकर्षसि ॥७९॥
79. kaccicchārīramābādhamauṣadhairniyamena vā ,
mānasaṁ vṛddhasevābhiḥ sadā pārthāpakarṣasi.

mānasam vṛddhasevābhiḥ sadā pārtha apakarṣasi
79. O Pārtha, I hope you always dispel bodily ailments with medicines or disciplined practices, and mental distress by serving elders.
