महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-5, verse-16

कच्चिदात्मसमा बुद्ध्या शुचयो जीवितक्षमाः ।
कुलीनाश्चानुरक्ताश्च कृतास्ते वीर मन्त्रिणः ॥१६॥
16. kaccidātmasamā buddhyā śucayo jīvitakṣamāḥ ,
kulīnāścānuraktāśca kṛtāste vīra mantriṇaḥ.

16. O hero, I hope that your ministers are those who are equal to you in intellect, pure, capable of safeguarding your life, of noble lineage, and loyal.
