महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-5, verse-97

एकचिन्तनमर्थानामनर्थज्ञैश्च चिन्तनम् ।
निश्चितानामनारम्भं मन्त्रस्यापरिरक्षणम् ॥९७॥
97. ekacintanamarthānāmanarthajñaiśca cintanam ,
niścitānāmanārambhaṁ mantrasyāparirakṣaṇam.
97. eka-cintanam arthānām anartha-jñaiḥ ca cintanam
niścitānām anārambham mantrasya aparirakṣaṇam
97. Considering affairs with a singular focus; seeking counsel from those who do not understand what is detrimental; not commencing what has been definitively decided; and not protecting (maintaining the secrecy of) one's plans (mantra).
