महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-49, verse-51

येऽन्यायेन जिहीर्षन्तो जना इच्छन्ति कर्हिचित् ।
अकूजनेन चेन्मोक्षो नात्र कूजेत्कथंचन ॥५१॥
51. ye'nyāyena jihīrṣanto janā icchanti karhicit ,
akūjanena cenmokṣo nātra kūjetkathaṁcana.

51. If people who desire to seize something unlawfully (anyāya) at any time can gain impunity by not complaining, then one should certainly never complain here in any way.
