महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-149, verse-70

नैष जम्बुकवाक्येन पुनः प्राप्स्यति जीवितम् ।
मृतस्योत्सृष्टदेहस्य पुनर्देहो न विद्यते ॥७०॥
70. naiṣa jambukavākyena punaḥ prāpsyati jīvitam ,
mṛtasyotsṛṣṭadehasya punardeho na vidyate.

mṛtasya utsṛṣṭadehasya punaḥ dehaḥ na vidyate

70. This child will not regain life through the words of a jackal. For someone whose body has been abandoned after death, there is no re-embodiment.
