98. dhārayiṣyāmyahaṁ prāṇānuttarāyaṇakāṅkṣayā ,
aiśvaryabhūtaḥ prāṇānāmutsarge niyato hyaham ,
tasmātprāṇāndhārayiṣye mumūrṣurudagāyane.

I shall sustain my vital breaths with the desire for the northern solstice. Indeed, I am master of the vital breaths and resolute in their release. Therefore, desiring to die, I shall sustain my vital breaths during the northern solstice.
