तं पतन्तमभिप्रेक्ष्य महात्मानं पितामहम् ।
सह भीष्मेण सर्वेषां प्रापतन्हृदयानि नः ॥८३॥

83. Upon seeing that great-souled (mahātman) grandfather falling, the hearts of all of us fell along with Bhishma.
