तस्य चिच्छेद तां शक्तिं पञ्चधा पञ्चभिः शरैः ।

28. O best of the Bhāratas, greatly enraged, he cut that spear (śakti), which was propelled by Bhīṣma's mighty arm, into five pieces with five arrows.
