ऋषयः पितरश्चैव प्रशशंसुर्महाव्रतम् ।
भरतानां च ये पूर्वे ते चैनं प्रशशंसिरे ॥१११॥

111. The sages (ṛṣis) and ancestors (pitṛs) praised Bhishma, the one of great vow. And the ancient ancestors of the Bharatas also praised him.
