सोऽन्यत्कार्मुकमादत्त गाङ्गेयो बलवत्तरम् ।

48. Then, Bhishma (Gāṅgeya) took up another, more powerful bow. But Arjuna, with three sharp arrows, immediately shattered that one into three pieces. Thus, in the great battle, every bow that Bhishma took up was instantly broken.
