योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-34, verse-41

एकोऽसावनुभूत्यात्मा स्वानुभूतिवशात्स्वयम् ।
सर्वदृग्द्रष्टृदृश्यत्वात्सहस्रकरलोचनः ॥ ४१ ॥
eko'sāvanubhūtyātmā svānubhūtivaśātsvayam ,
sarvadṛgdraṣṭṛdṛśyatvātsahasrakaralocanaḥ 41
41. ekaḥ asau anubhūtyātmā svānubhūtivaśāt svayam

41. That single self (ātman), which is pure experience, by the power of its own self-experience, spontaneously manifests with a thousand hands and eyes, because it is the all-seer, the perceiver, and the perceived.
