योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-34, verse-34

एतद्वृद्धं वृद्धतरे क्षयि क्षयिणि जायते ।
पदार्थे सदसच्चापि प्रतिबिम्बार्कवत्स्थितम् ॥ ३४ ॥

34. This (ultimate reality) appears to increase in that which is increasing, and to diminish in that which is diminishing. In every object of existence, both being and non-being are situated, just like the reflected sun.
