योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-34, verse-69

सर्वभावान्तरस्थाय चेत्यमुक्तचिदात्मने ।
प्रत्यक्चेतनरूपाय मह्यमेव नमो नमः ॥ ६९ ॥
