पुत्रस्थानाधिपे मन्दे नाशस्थे लग्नगे कुजे ।
कारके नाशभावे च प्रेतशापात् सुतक्षयः ॥९८॥

98. If the lord of the fifth house (representing children) is Saturn (manda) and is situated in a house of loss, and Mars (kuja) is in the ascendant (lagna), and the significator (kāraka) [of children] is also in a house of loss, then the destruction of children (sutakṣayaḥ) occurs due to the curse of a departed spirit (pretaśāpa).
