बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-83, verse-17

ग्रहयोगवशेनैवं नृणां ज्ञात्वाऽनपत्यता ।
तद्दोषपरिहारार्थं नागपूजां समारभेत् ॥१७॥
17. grahayogavaśenaivaṃ nṛṇāṃ jñātvā'napatyatā .
taddoṣaparihārārthaṃ nāgapūjāṃ samārabhet.

tatdoṣaparihārārtham nāgapūjām samārabhet
17. Having thus understood childlessness (anapatyatā) in people based on these planetary combinations (grahayoga), one should undertake the worship of serpents (nāgapūjā) for the removal of that defect.
