If the fifth house (putrasthāna) is a sign ruled by Venus (bhṛgu), and it is conjoined with Rahu and the Moon (candra), and if malefic planets are situated in the twelfth house (vyaya), the ascendant (lagna), and the second house (dhana), then there is a loss of children (sutakṣaya) due to the curse of the wife (patnīśāpa).
