If the Sun (Bhānu), as the lord of the house of children (putrasthānādhipa), is situated in a trine (trikoṇa), is conjoined with malefic planets, is hemmed between malefic planets, and is also aspected by malefic planets, then there will be a loss of children, resulting from a curse of the father or ancestors (pitṛśāpa).
