बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-83, verse-12

कारके भौमसंयुक्ते लग्ने च राहुसंयुते ।
पुत्रस्थानाधिपे दुःस्थे सर्पशापात् सुतक्षयः ॥१२॥

If the significator for children (kāraka, i.e., Jupiter) is conjoined with Mars (bhauma), and the ascendant (lagna) is conjoined with Rahu, and the lord of the 5th house (putrasthānādhipa) is badly placed (duḥstha), then there will be a loss of children (sutakṣaya) due to a serpent's curse (sarpaśāpa).
