बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-83, verse-31

तद्दोषपरिहारार्थं गयाश्राद्धं च कारयेत् ।
ब्राह्मणान् भोजयेदत्र अयुतं वा सहस्रकम् ॥३१॥
31. taddoṣaparihārārthaṃ gayāśrāddhaṃ ca kārayet .
brāhmaṇān bhojayedatra ayutaṃ vā sahasrakam.

brāhmaṇān bhojayet atra ayutam vā sahasrakam
31. To remedy that defect, one should perform the Gayā Śrāddha ritual. In this context, one should also feed Brahmins, either ten thousand or a thousand of them.
