बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-83, verse-19

गोभूतिलहिरण्यादि दद्याद् वित्तानुसारतः ।
एवं कृते तु नागेन्द्रप्रसादात् वर्धते कुलम् ॥१९॥
19. gobhūtilahiraṇyādi dadyād vittānusārataḥ .
evaṃ kṛte tu nāgendraprasādāt vardhate kulam.
19. go bhū tila hiraṇya ādi dadyāt vitta anusārataḥ
| evam kṛte tu nāga indra prasādāt vardhate kulam
19. One should donate cows, land, sesame, gold, and other similar items, in accordance with their financial capacity. When this is performed, the family (kula) thrives due to the grace of the lord of the Nāgas (serpent deities).
