When Saturn is in the ascendant, Rahu is in the house of children (5th house), a planet in the 8th house is conjoined with the Sun, and a planet in the 12th house is conjoined with Mars, then there is a loss of children (sutakṣaya) due to the curse of a departed spirit (pretaśāpa).
