If Venus (śukra) is the lord of the ninth house (bhāgyasthānādhipa), and the lord of the fifth house (putreśa) is situated in an enemy sign, and if Jupiter (guru), the lord of the ascendant (lagneśa), and the lord of the seventh house (dāreśa) are located in malefic houses (duḥsthāḥ), then there is a loss of progeny (santatikṣaya).
