If the lords of the 2nd (wealth) and 7th (spouse) houses are both situated in the 12th house (house of loss), and if Mars (kuja) is in the 5th house (house of progeny) while Saturn (śani) is in the Ascendant (1st house), and additionally, the significator (kāraka) for children (Jupiter) is conjoined with malefic planets, then there is a loss of progeny (sutakṣaya) due to a wife's curse.
