योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-91, verse-97

यदा न विन्दते किंचित्स्पन्दते न न वेपते ।
स्वात्मन्येव स्थितिं याति संविन्नो लिप्यते तदा ॥ ९७ ॥

97. When it (consciousness) perceives nothing, neither vibrates nor trembles, but attains stability within its own self (ātman), then consciousness remains unstained.
