महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-4, verse-11

सिन्धुराष्ट्रमुखानीह दश राष्ट्राणि यस्य वै ।
वशे तिष्ठन्ति वीरस्य यः स्थितस्तव शासने ॥११॥

11. sindhurāṣṭramukhānīha daśa rāṣṭrāṇi yasya vai ,
vaśe tiṣṭhanti vīrasya yaḥ sthitastava śāsane.

11. Here, indeed, ten kingdoms, headed by the Sindhu region, are under the control of that hero who is steadfast in your command.
