महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-112, verse-71

उपस्थिते विवाहे तु दाने यज्ञेऽपि वाभिभो ।
मोहात्करोति यो विघ्नं स मृतो जायते कृमिः ॥७१॥
71. upasthite vivāhe tu dāne yajñe'pi vābhibho ,
mohātkaroti yo vighnaṁ sa mṛto jāyate kṛmiḥ.
71. upasthite vivāhe tu dāne yajñe api vā abhibho
mohāt karoti yaḥ vighnam sa mṛtaḥ jāyate kṛmiḥ
71. abhibho yaḥ vivāhe dāne yajñe api vā upasthite mohāt vighnam karoti,
sa mṛtaḥ kṛmiḥ jāyate.
71. O Bhīṣma, whoever, out of delusion, creates an obstacle when a marriage, a gift, or a Vedic ritual (yajña) is about to take place, that person, upon dying, is born as a worm.
